Shipping Policy
At Phantom Roast, we strive to deliver our haunting brews to your doorstep with the same care and precision we use in crafting them. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure your order reaches you swiftly and securely. We currently limit our deliveries to the continental United States. We’ve implemented a straightforward process to address any shipping issues that may arise. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping errors, and the steps to take if your package goes missing. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to resolving any delivery concerns efficiently.
United States:
We currently do not ship anywhere outside of the continental United States (Lower 48 only).
Shipping Errors:
If we have made an error in shipping, we will correct the issue at our expense.
Lost Packages:
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Before getting in touch with us, please do the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, login to your account and submit a return request.
Wrong Address:
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
