Products

We partner with talented artists from around the globe to create beautiful designs for our mugs, coasters, journals, and packaging. In return, artists earn income and gain exposure for their work.

We offer a variety of premium coffee blends in different roast profiles, from light to dark, single-origin to custom blends. Each coffee is carefully sourced and roasted to highlight its unique flavor characteristics.

Our coffee comes in high-quality packaging designed to preserve freshness while showcasing our distinctive aesthetic. Each package includes information about the coffee origin, flavor notes, and brewing recommendations.

Store coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. For our mugs, coasters, and journals, gentle cleaning with appropriate materials will help maintain their quality and appearance.

While we maintain our core collection year-round, we do offer limited seasonal blends that showcase unique flavor profiles appropriate to the time of year. Once our limited editions are sold out, they may not return.

The most honest answer is, typically. What you see on your screen are digital mockups of our products, and what you get in person will be a reasonable representation in size and color.

Ordering

All major credit cards. We are looking at accepting popular wallets like Google and Apple pay in the future. However, we will never accept Paypal.

You will be charged for your order at the time the order is placed. If you cancel the order before the order is moved from 'Pending' to 'Shipped', your money will be refunded back to your card. Allow 7-10 business days for the money to be returned to your bank account or credit card. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Please confirm the billing address, zip code and 3 digit security code on the back of your card all match what is on file with your bank. For your security, we do not store or keep any identifiable information regarding your credit/debit card. Given that, we recommend you get in touch with your bank.

You can update your shipping address by logging into your account. Then from the menu on the left, go to "Addresses" and click "Edit" next to your shipping address. This does not change the shipping address for any of your orders. If you need to change the shipping address on an order still marked as "Pending", please send us a message to change it as soon as possible. Once your order has been marked as "Shipped", it is not possible to change your shipping address.

Yes, you can remove items from your order or cancel it entirely while it's still in the "Pending" state. Once the status of the order is changed to "Processing" or "Shipped", no changes can be made. If you would like to purchase something else after you've placed your order, you will have to create and submit a new order for those additional items.

Because many of our products are offered in limited quantities, we are unable to accept exchanges. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

We're sorry if the product you ordered is wrong or arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us HERE within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the wrong/damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Due to the custom nature and limited edition of our products, all sales are final. Before placing your order, please verify all product details. Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund OR exchange only if: the item is damaged, the wrong item was shipped, or the item is defective. Please submit a return request within 14-days of receiving your order. Do not return an item until your return request has been approved.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive wrong or damaged items as outlined in our return policy. If any of these apply, please contact us HERE with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will take care of it for you.

Shipping

Shipping is $5 for the first item and $2 for each additional item. Free shipping on orders of $100 or more. NOTE: All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Priority and/or Expedited shipping is not available.

We only ship within the United States which includes all 50 states. We do not ship to US territories.

It will take 3-10 days for your order to ship.

Currently, the shipping time for deliveries within the US is 8-11 business days.

Pending means your order has been submitted and your card has been charged. However, the order has yet to be processed. While your order is still marked as "Pending" you are able to make changes.

Unfortunately, if we're not notified before the order is shipped there is very little that we can do. Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order. If there is a problem with your shipping address, contact us before your order is sent out and we will make the necessary changes. If an order needs to be reshipped, the customer is responsible for the additional cost.

USPS does a decent job with delivering packages before they mark them as delivered. Unfortunately, sometimes an order was marked as delivered, but did not show up for a few more days, so please be patient. In the meantime, please check with your neighbors, friends, family, or roommates to see if they might have picked up the package. Then contact your local USPS branch. If your package is lost in the mail, we are not liable.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address; Ask your local post office if they have your package; Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with us HERE with your order number.
