PHANTOM ROAST COFFEE LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Program Overview

Welcome to the Phantom Roast Coffee Loyalty Program. By participating in our loyalty program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Earning Points

• Members earn 3 loyalty points for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases at Phantom Roast Coffee
• Points are awarded after the order has been successfully processed and payment has cleared
• Points are calculated on the pre-tax subtotal amount of purchases
• Points cannot be earned on previous purchases
• Points have no cash value and are not transferable

Point Value & Redemption

• Each loyalty point is worth $0.01 (1 cent) in redemption value
• Points can be redeemed at checkout on future purchases
• If the points value is equal to or less than the order subtotal, all points will be applied to the purchase
• If the points value exceeds the order subtotal, only the points needed to cover the subtotal will be used, and remaining points will be retained in your account for future use
• Points cannot be used to pay for shipping or taxes
• Points cannot be combined with certain promotional offers (see specific offer terms for details)

Expiration & Forfeiture

• Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned
• Expired points will be automatically removed from your account
• Points are forfeited if your account becomes inactive for 12 consecutive months
• Points have no monetary value and cannot be converted to cash
• Points are void if sold, exchanged, or bartered

Account Management

• Members must maintain an active account to participate in the program
• It is the member's responsibility to monitor their point balance and expiration dates
• Phantom Roast Coffee reserves the right to verify all point earnings and redemptions
• Any discrepancies in point balance must be reported within 60 days

Program Changes & Termination

• Phantom Roast Coffee reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time
• Program terms, point values, and earning ratios may be changed with or without notice
• In the event of program termination, members will have 90 days to redeem existing points

General Terms

• Loyalty program membership is free and available to individuals only
• Points cannot be earned or redeemed on gift card purchases
• Points cannot be combined between accounts or transferred to other members
• Phantom Roast Coffee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms
• These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice

Privacy

Your participation in the loyalty program is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
